"I might have the rarest cats in existence. Two of them with a condition so rare, next to nothing is known about its cause.Dr. Q has been essential in keeping them alive and well. There have been times I felt like I lived at this place, but I don't mind because the staff is just amazing. And the care is fantastic. The front desk people are so friendly and hard working too. They never miss a beat. They have all gotten to know me at this point and I look forward to seeing them.I drive all the way from Derby for this place and I don't regret it one bit. At my previous vet (a good clinic, just very busy) I would spend FOREVER waiting just to be seen. I end up saving time driving all the way to this place because they don't keep you waiting.They've also saved me money by sending me to other vets who can perform the same procedures cheaper than they can. And they've even sent me to another pharmacy to save money. They really care."
